Geometric Sculpted Bush Pole
A series of sculpted Australian hardwood poles carved with bold geometric forms along their length. Each pole is shaped by hand, with crisp facets, softened edges, and subtle burning and charring that highlight the geometry while retaining the natural character of the timber. Tool marks and material variation are intentionally visible, giving each piece a distinct presence and a strong sense of human touch.
The lower 600 mm is sealed for ground contact. Bitumen is used as standard, it is the most durable and practical option for concreting, offering long term resistance to soil moisture. Alternative finishes can be discussed on request.
Designed to function as standalone sculptural elements or as part of a larger landscape, play, or public art installation. Suitable for gardens, civic spaces, and nature play environments.
Safety note
If installed within a playground or play environment, fall zones and surfacing must be assessed by a qualified landscape architect or play consultant to ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards.
Specifications
• Lengths: 2.4 m or 3.0 m
• Diameters: 100–200 mm or 200–300 mm
• Ground section: 600 mm sealed, free option
Custom sizes, alternative finishes, and bespoke designs available on enquiry.
Each sculpture is a unique artwork. Natural variation in timber grain, hand carving, steel patina, and finishing means the final piece will differ from the images shown, which are indicative rather than exact.
